This Product Listing Policy (“Policy”) sets out the rules, requirements, and obligations that govern the listing of products on the domain name/ website wondermart.com (“Website”), including the related mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “Platform”) operated and provided by Clickfix Cash and Carry Private Limited (“Clickfix”, “We”, “Our”). The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that only genuine, safe, and compliant products are made available to Buyers, while maintaining a transparent, trusted, and customer-centric marketplace.

By accessing and listing products on the Platform, each Seller agrees to fully comply with this Policy, along with the Terms of Use, Anti-Counterfeiting Policy, Intellectual Property Infringement Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Eligibility for Listing

Only verified Sellers who have been approved through Clickfix’s registration and KYC process are permitted to list products on the Platform. To be eligible, Sellers must hold valid business licenses/registrations and all necessary permits required under applicable laws. Further, Sellers must be duly authorized to sell the brands/products they list and shall provide proof of such authorization whenever required by Clickfix.

1. Product Authenticity and Quality
2. All products listed on the Platform must be genuine, authentic, and free from any form of counterfeiting, adulteration, duplication, or tampering. Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that the products they list are sourced from legitimate and authorized channels and are safe for sale and consumption.
3. Sellers shall strictly adhere to all applicable laws and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) regulations, Legal Metrology laws governing packaging, labelling, and weight, and all other relevant consumer protection, health, and safety standards.
4. Products that are expired, near-expiry, damaged, tampered with, or defective in any manner are strictly prohibited from being listed. Sellers must monitor product shelf-life and quality at all times and ensure timely removal of such products from the platform.
5. Clickfix, through its Platform, reserves the right to verify authenticity and quality of products, request supporting documentation (such as invoices, certificates, or authorizations), and take corrective actions including suspension or delisting of products and/or deleting Sellers account in cases of non-compliance.

• Product

Sellers must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for every product listed on the Platform. This includes the product name, brand, clear product images, net weight/volume, quantity, packaging details, maximum retail price (MRP), selling price (inclusive of all applicable taxes), manufacturing date, and expiry/best-before date where applicable. All mandatory declarations under applicable laws such as FSSAI license number, nutritional details, ingredient list, allergen warnings, and any other statutory disclosures must be clearly mentioned. Any misleading, false, incomplete, or exaggerated claims in product listings are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or removal of the product or Seller from the Platform.

1. Clickfix’s Rights

Clickfix reserves the unconditional right to review, approve, or reject any product listing at its sole discretion. The Platform may at any time remove, suspend, or restrict listings that are found to be in violation of this Policy, applicable laws, or other Policies under the Platform. Sellers may be required to furnish proof of authenticity, such as invoices, brand authorization letters, or other supporting documents, within 72 hours of request. In cases of non-compliance or violations, Clickfix may withhold or forfeit payments, suspend or terminate the Seller’s account, and take any other action deemed necessary to protect Buyers and maintain the integrity of the Platform.

1. Buyer Protection

This Policy is designed to safeguard Buyers by ensuring that only genuine products are available on the Platform. Any violation by a Seller may lead to enforcement actions and legal consequences, in addition to suspension of the Seller’s account.
